ABOUT THE POSITION
As a transport planner at Ragn-Sells Recycling AB in Örebro, you will be welcomed into a close-knit team with a family-like atmosphere. Initially, you will be offered training and an introduction alongside colleagues to learn the basics of the job and what your role entails. During the introduction, you will shadow your experienced colleagues and then gradually take on your own tasks that increase in complexity.
As a transport planner, internal collaboration with other transport planners, environmental workers, customer service, and salespeople is of utmost importance to coordinate the workflow. You will perform transport planning concerning the entire Ragn-Sells service offering and conduct reviews of planning and route optimization.
This is a fixed-term employment that extends until June 2026, with a possible chance of extension. The start date is expected to be Monday, January 5, and working hours are scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, at the office in Örebro.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Plan the operational management of transport for assignments within the region
- Manage and plan work orders to the right resource based on the assignment's requirements
- Create new synergies as you plan vehicles in a larger geography
- Handle weighing of incoming goods
- Follow up on completed work orders
- Other administrative tasks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed upper secondary education
- Holds a B driver's license
- Has good computer and phone skills
- Can communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish, as it is used in daily work
It is meritorious if you have:
- Previous experience in hazardous waste and the recycling industry
- Previous experience in logistics work
